2 * Offshore Team Manager Indonesia or North Asia market recruitment
Our client is a leading foreign bank offering the widest range of products in the market across classes but not limited to investments, insurance and treasury. Due to their expansion in Singapore market, they are seeking experienced Managers to lead a team of relationship maanagers to help them deliver exceptional services to its off-shore Indonesian and China/Taiwan markets.
Successful incumbent will be given a portfolio of existing clients to manage and will be responsible for new to bank client acquisition, developing relationship with existing clients and for revenue generation. Servicing the high net worth and ultra high net worth customers, you will help these clients build their wealth through a holistic financial plan. In addition, the incumbent will work with Investment Specialists on a wide array of specialty products to advise customers on investment opportunities. You would be required to travel twice a quarter to your target market to attend events for new to bank client acquisitions. In addition, as a Tema Manager, you would be managing a team of experienced relationship managers running personal plus team revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:-
• Bachelors degree, preferably in Banking Finance discipline
• Minimum 6 years' insurance, banking or private banking sales experience in Singapore.
• Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of initiative
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and customer relationship management skills
