Account Maintenance- Change Manager

The Change manager will be responsible for working with key stakeholders to define and drive the strategic agenda for Account Maintenance. Responsible for the driving the department's change and project related activity, with examples comprising business process reviews, process improvement and driving the overall projects in the Global Change Management agenda

Account Maintenance is part of GBM Operations and is responsible for the creation and maintenance of client reference data relating to trading activity, including accounts, confirmations and settlement instructions.

Duties:

* Definition of Target Operating model for Account Maintenance

* Responsibility for the project management of Industry and Business-led initiatives through to delivery and post-implementation review

* Work with IT teams to provide support for key technology releases

* Undertake continuous process improvements across the AM domain

* Responsibility for driving priority small change initiatives to improve efficiency

Knowledge Experience / Qualifications

* Strong understanding of the GFX business

* Knowledge of derivatives and Prime Brokerage Processing

* Broad knowledge of operations

* Strong interpersonal skills

* Ability to problem solve, articulate requirements and implement change
