Today, we are proud to offer a temporary 1 year contract Administrative Assistant position for a Medical Device company in Cincinnati, OH. EDUCATION / DEGREE REQUIRED: Associates degree preferred, High School Diploma at a minimum. SKILL SETS: ? Working knowledge of business processes that support products which require service and repair. ? Working knowledge of the Complaint/Service database system, with an emphasis on Service and Repair. ? Demonstrated ability for attention to detail. ? Demonstrated ability to consistently execute a defined process or procedure. ? A strong focus on the customer. ? Critical thinking capabilities COMMUNICATION-ORGANIZATION: ? Able to follow processes to document and improve service installations, exchanges, and preventative maintenance. ? Competent report writing, data analysis strong oral communication skills. ? Able to organize document tasks achieve assignment objectives. COMPUTER SKILLS: ? Basic PC skills, with a good working knowledge of Word processing, Spreadsheet software Windows ? Effectively manipulate text data files within Windows ? Ability to quickly learn and use the Complaint/Service database software EXPERIENCE: A minimum of at least 3 years in a customer support environment preferably one with ISO (International Organization for Standardization), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and general quality assurance principles. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Entitlement Management ? Asset Management ? Inventory Management ? Interfaces with customers/ Call Center/Customer Quality/Global Customer Service/JJHCS ? Coordinates service installation, exchanges, and preventative maintenance for all supported products ? Training and installation coordination with business unit ? Interfaces with the supply chain for the purpose of system availability verification. ? Interfaces with third party service personnel for the purpose of scheduling installations, exchanges, and preventative maintenance. ? Documents information within the Complaint/Service database system to keep and update records on Service Activities including service requests, product issues, inventory transactions, shipments, receiving, repairs, and administrative updates of all components. ? Lead projects to implement new business processes. ? Analyze service data system issues and identify corrective actions and temporary alternate processes. ? Analyze business processes and identify improvements. ? Develop user acceptance testing scripts for the service system for releases and corrective actions ? Train new employees and business partners on service business processes and use of the service system. ? Represent WTCS on cross functional initiatives. ? Perform a leadership role to facilitate teamwork among business partners, internal and external. ? Ability to work with customers on the more complex and sensitive situations.
