Advisory Board Member - ExecUwin
ExecUwin is looking for an Advisory Board Member with a history of working with and leading the most successful recruiting firms in the nation.
This Advisory Board Member will assist in creating the strategy for ExecUwin to grow quickly and with a solid foundation.
The Advisory Board Member could remain an Advisory Board Member indefinitely or could eventually work full time/other with ExecUwin.
We are extremely flexible in the amount of time you would spend in your position, anywhere from 1-2 hours a month on up.

ExecUwin is a unique recruiting company with key advantages over our competition. We were recently formed by a strategy consulting firm, RPM Revenue Drivers, LLC, which has accomplished more than 200 projects in dozens of industries.

This gives us access to in-depth knowledge of business need and trends. We are in an ideal position to fill new jobs as our clients grow thanks in part to our work with them. We also want to grow independent of the clients we obtain through our sister company, RPM.
RPM has grown between 200% and 300% annually for the past three years, and we expect to grow at double that pace this year. Responsibilities (variable depending on amount of time committed)
· Assist in building the culture of ExecUwin
· Receive reports from the CEO on company progress
· Provide executive coaching and guidance to C-level
· Provide advice to ExecUwin owners (SGI parent company level)
Requirements
· Have lead top recruiting teams preferably in top-in-the-country recruiting companies
· Be familiar with current best practices in the recruiting industry
Compensation
· Depending on Experience
· Can also include equity
