Working within Regional Business Banking team, the position is responsible for managing and developing your own set of agribusiness relationship customers. A predominate focus will be on growing the portfolio throughout the Northern and Central WA Wheatbelt.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Excellent customer focus
• Agri and rural relationship management experience
• Demonstrated understanding of agribusiness needs and expectations
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and credit assessment skills incorporating a background of sound business lending
• Candidates from outside the banking sector, b u t with exceptional skills within the agricultural industry and proven ability in their industry will also be considered
