· Negotiation of hedge solution via structured produces
· Development of strong long term client relations
· Commercial strategy implementation
· Ensure timely execution of contracts
· Follow relevant international regulatory developments
. Support analysis team on white/raw sugar information flow
. To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals
. To attend training course which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role
. To be fully conversant with the Employee Handbook and supporting policies, including Health Safety legislation and fire and emergency procedures
. To comply with any reasonable instruction issued by your manager
. Changes in the business may occasionally require alterations in this job description and these will be agreed with the post holder as appropriate
Skills / Attributes required for Agricultural Commodity Derivatives Sales, London, Salary: Highly Competitive, (Derivatives, Soft commodity, Sales, London, UK) role:
· Three years of commercial experience in structured derivatives sales or physical trading, preferably in the agricultural commodity market
· Established academic credentials
· Strong commercial acumen, analytical and communication skills
· Proficiency in English
· Strong emphasis on performance; high standards, goal orientated, and ambitious
· Appreciation of the long term nature of the business and ability to develop relationships and personal skills accordingly
. Proven knowledge of derivatives market
. A strong interest in the agricultural commodities industry
