Alternative Investments Sales / Hedge Fund Marketing

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing new business development opportunities, in addition to growing existing customer relationships in the United States. He/she will be responsible for prospecting the target client base and representing the firms’ fund of fund investment opportunities.

Client account focus will be on small to midsize accounts, including Family Offices, Endowments, Foundations, Consultants, the High Net Worth channel, as well as small Pensions.

Requirements:

- Candidate must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of Hedge Fund, Private Equity or Fund of Fund Distribution and Marketing experience.

- Extensive North American Client relationships: small to mid-size Family Offices, Endowments, Foundations, Consultants, the High Net Worth channel, as well as small Pensions.

- Candidate will possess a high level of oral and written communication skills.- Candidate will be enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently, yet work comfortably as part of a global team.

- Experience marketing Private Equity or Hedge Fund of Fund products is ideal; Hedge Fund marketers will also be considered.

- Graduate of recognized university with business related degree in Finance, Accounting,

- Marketing, or Economics. Candidates with MBA / CFA are a plus.

- Given client centric nature of role, may require travel up to 50% of the time
