Analyst – Leveraged Finance
THE ROLE:
My client, a leading European bank are looking to hire an Analyst to join their Leveraged Finance team. They focus predominantly on private equity-originated transactions in the mid-sized European market. They target deals including MBO, MBI, re-capitalization and public-to-private transactions, where they arrange and provide leveraged debt instruments. This person will be responsible for financial modelling, due diligence, structuring, preparation of credit proposals and supporting the analysis and preparing of reports on the target companies.
THE CANDIDATE:
They are looking for someone with 1-2 years’ experience to join their dynamic, growing team. The ideal candidate will have previously worked in private equity, banking, corporate finance or consulting. They will look at candidates who have done internships within these sectors. You should have excellent academics, strong analytical and numerical skills, good commercial acumen and be a team player.
