AP Accountant Job in San Mateo 94401, California US

RESPONSIBILITIES
• A/P data entry into Oracle Accounting System using Oracle 11i/R12
• Review, analyze, and respond to external/internal vendor inquiries and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the processing of weekly payment runs for all vendor payments
• Assist with month end accruals and perform reconciliations

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of three years of experience in related accounting work
• Oracle 11i/R12 highly recommended
• Proficient in Excel
