Group Overview: Supports Finance group responsible for paying commissions and bonuses to all Sales and Consulting employees globally (10,000+) by developing custom tools and applications that simplify, standardize, centralize, and automate while improving output quality and internal controls. Position Overview: Work closely with Oracleâ??s internal business and development teams to drive the technical/functional global implementation of Oracleâ??s applications internally. Responsibilities: â- The main responsibilities may include: â- Manage all aspects of internal deployment projects and work closely with the internal teams on status, issues and communications. â- Define business specifications with the internal user community for the global deployment of the application. â- Manage product gaps from business specifications to product enhancement and/or business process change. â- Manage user acceptance testing and transfer of information to internal teams. â- Provide technical support for implemented applications; diagnosing and reporting bugs, applying patches and upgrades as needed. â- Coordinate with functional departments involved to collect system specifications, techniques, and controls. â- Interact with senior management within Product Development, Business organizations and Global IT.
