Application Product Specialist

37.5hours 9-5.30 M/F.
The Role
The Application Product Specialist performs operational and Tier 3 level support for eDocs. Responsibilities involve the daily management of incidents, operational maintenance and support, development support, and proactive/preventative analysis of systems.The Specialist will demonstrate knowledge of key business processes, products and services, within agreed areas of expertise.

The Skills
Installation and configuration of Documentum in Websphere cluster
Proficient in code deployments and administration of Content Servers in Websphere cluster
Documentum administration
Documentum experience customized WebTop and WDK applications
Documentum experience in supporting Documentum integration with Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
Basic Documentum development skills including core Java, DFC, DFS, WDK
Advanced troubleshooting of file and access issue
Root cause analysis of bugs and defects
Basic server management and networking skills
ITIL incident, problem, and change management
Knowledge of general SDLC concepts
Advanced application troubleshooting tools and techniques
Familiarity with basic system and unit testing
The Technologies
Documentum 5.x/6.x/Webtop/DA
Documentum technologies including Application Builder/IDQL/WDK/DFC/Docapp
Other Documentum products including Captiva and InputAccel
Windows Server platforms
Web platforms such as Websphere / Tomcat / IIS
.NET Framework
Core Java
SALARY: £25k-£30k per annum
HOURS: 37.5hours Monday - Friday
