Application Specialist Staff – City Based, Up to £45K
The role will entail liaising with customers, managing queries of a technical nature, effectively dealing with customer queries due to specific product expertise, and collating information as regards to any queries. The right candidate for this role will have solid problem solving and analytical skills, possess a good working knowledge of RDBMS (SQL/Oracle DBA, T-SQL), multi-tier and client/server architectures, database design and data analysis. In addition, one will have grasp of business process knowledge, possibly including trade matching, settlements, STP, SWIFT or Corporate Actions. This role would suit a methodical and thorough individual with a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
