APPLICATION SUPP ANALYST

Old National Bank has an opening for an Application Support Analyst within the Loan Portfolio. The analyst is responsible for assisting in the design, delivery and implementation of in-house and ASP applications. The Application Support Analyst also delivers support to end users in the organization through the use of various types of software programs while striving to deliver business objectives in the most efficient and effective manner. Additionally, this analyst will act as a liaison between third party vendors/programmers and end users. Essential Duties: Serves as business and systems analyst throughout the application life cycle. Provides second level support for systems, processes, reports, and interfaces to core system. Act as a liaison between the vendor/third party vendors/programmers and end users. Adheres to problem tracking standards including stakeholder communication, root/cause analysis and future mitigation. Prepares documentation of changes for SOX, audit and other regulatory agencies. Supports continuous process improvements by making recommendations and executing change. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in information technology and 2+ years experience in1st or 2 nd level support of business applications. Must know data processing and mapping. Skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access Knowledge of any of the following systems or processes is helpful: FISERV Signature, Laser Pro, Foxtrot, loan application/underwriting systems, and collections systems Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques. Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications. Experience in building and maintaining query reports and problem tracking. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to conduct research into software development and delivery of concepts. Highly self-motivated and directed. Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment. Experience working in a team oriented collaborative environment.
