Provides efficient effective operations of an Appointment Center "Call Floor" while maintaining an employee-focused customer-focused environment. Provides direct supervision of the appointment clerks on the "Call Floor." Essential Functions: - Hires, trains, coaches, mentors supervises competent, productive, motivated staff to provide high quality telephone service to Kaiser members - Coordinates directs daily shift operations in the center in collaboration w/ other supervisors senior supervisors - Ensures cost-effective operations while remaining within budgetary guidelines on a daily basis - Collaborates w/ Call Center Management team to plan achieve center goals objectives - Promotes achievement of organizational center goals by exhibiting an effective adaptable leadership style - Performs additional duties as required assigned Requirements
