Orders and tracks data from vendors and internal clients; organizes reviews for appraisal of real estate properties;  communicates pertinent value data to clients.  Performs all duties in accordance with all company guidelines and applicable federal, state and local regulations. Must have a real estate background and a general knowledge of real estate appraisals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Orders and tracks Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) and Automated Value Models (AVMs) insurance loss inspections and various other appraisal documents/information.
·         Prepares templates in central database for Single Point Estimate (SPE) appraisal reviews; completes review by closing them in the database and uploads results to MortgageServ and REOTrans websites.
·         Downloads, logs and organizes BPO orders into database and uploads results to MortgageServ and REOTrans websites.
·         Troubleshoots and resolves issues with BPOs and SPEs; maintains correspondence with outside vendors and internal departments concerning orders and appraisals.
·         Pulls real estate listing data from various websites for use in a review.
·         Update origination systems with status as needed and document conversations with appraisers, borrowers and production staff.
·         Order appraisals and review products from outside vendors.
·         Follow-up on appraisal orders to ensure appraiser is meeting needed deadlines and ensure appraiser has accepted assignment.
·         Assist with annual reviews of approved appraisers list and exclusionary appraiser list.
·         Performs other duties and special project as assigned.
