Description
Citi is seeking a highly motivated candidate with a Financial Services or Fixed Income/Equity Finance background, for the position of Senior Group Manager for the Liquidity Prime Finance MIS team, within ICG / Capital Markets Cross Products Technology.

Specific responsibilities:
• Program and project management of book of work related to Liquidity and Prime MIS workstreams
• Management of technology team, including all personnel matters, recruitment, career development, and reorganization of the newly combined organization
• Manage relationship with senior business partners and stakeholders across Treasury, Fixed Income and Prime Finance business lines
• Represent MIS in senior management liquidity monthly meetings, and other strategy reviews including collateral management strategy

This is a pivotal role for the continuation of the Liquidity strategy and platform established in 2011, and to ensure successful extension of this capability to provide a coherent MIS platform across Treasury, Prime Finance Futures, and Fixed Income business lines.

The successful candidate will need to be a hands-on, detail-oriented, self-starter, capable of facing off to senior business partners and users, with excellent organizational and communication skills able to articulate strategy and plans to all levels of staff, peer and business.

Liquidity Management is a highly visible initiative within Cross-Products Technology in Capital Markets, to review and improve the secured funding processes for the firm, across Fixed Income Finance, Equity Finance, Treasury and Operations.

A key area of focus is to establish global, cross-product inventory/position management and reporting capabilities which provide complete and consistent information to the financing desks and Treasury. These capabilities are required both intraday to improve position management and funding efficiency, and at end of day for managing the overall funding profile and targets for the firm.

The specific project is the development of a new Liquidity MIS capability which would be used by all business lines involved in the process. This will involve the creation of a new reporting platform and toolset, to bring together multiple data sources across a complex business and technology architecture to achieve the business goals.

Knowledge/Experience:
• 12+ years experience of project/application management and delivery, program and relationship management in a capital markets environment
• Knowledge of secured financing products and collateral/liquidity management concepts and processes a plus, or equivalent product experience/acumen
• Knowledge of developing Business Intelligence platforms a plus
