Department
The Customer Data Analytics Team is part of the Marketing Strategy Team. The Marketing Strategy team develops and implements Moody's Analytics-wide country, segment and channel strategies based on robust market needs analysis. The team includes marketing strategy, marketing communications and marketing analytics functions across our New-York, London and Asian offices. The Customer Data Analytics Team is responsible for, Market Strategy, Pricing Strategy and Customer Analytics. The Customer Data Analytics Team works closely with the Product Strategy team, responsible for product-line marketing, the Customer Service team, responsible for managing the customer experience, and the Sales team globally.

Responsibilities
-Evaluate various types of customer data or conduct market research to identify potential revenue opportunities, for example pricing strategies or product bundling strategies.
-Develop short-term and long-term strategies for adoption of identified strategies into t development and assess implications of these strategies including the risks.
-Communicate recommended strategies and obtain buy-in from senior management and key internal stakeholders
-Implement and monitor the execution of the strategies in coordination with various internal departments

Qualifications
-Good academic background (MBA or equivalent from a top-tier institution required)
-5-7 years of experience in marketing, strategic planning, product development, customer data, management consulting, commercial banking or insurance required
-Advanced knowledge of SQL, Access, Excel and Powerpoint is required
-Proficiency in various marketing research and data mining methods
-Financial services or B2B marketing experience preferred
-Knowledge and experience with data warehouses, data modeling, and business -Top-tier management consulting experience preferred
-Understanding of the fixed income/ credit risk market preferred
-Understanding of the Commercial Banking or Insurance industry preferred.
-Experience with Pricing Strategies and Product Bundling a plus.
-Ability to lead and manage multi-disciplinary project working groups
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
