Audit Manager Financial Services recruitment
consisting of companies active in the financial services industry. This responsibility involves daily contact with our clients and the organisation, planning and administration of engagements. You will be supervising various audit and business advisory teams for national and international clients. You will participate in the training and the coaching of junior auditors. Project management and people management are key in your job. You will have a mixed portfolio of Funds, Banks, Insurance, Leasing and Real Estate companies.
Qualifications
You have
- a Master's degree in (applied) economics or commercial sciences, commercial engineer, MBA …
- an experience of at least five years in the external or internal audit of financial services companies like banks, insurance companies, investment funds or leasing companies.
- good organisational skills.
- the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- specific industrial experience is required.
- specialisation in accountancy.
- strong language skills: Dutch, French and English.
- you are a trueborn team leader who takes initiative and is eager to learn. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with great potential for further development. You take an analytical approach and make critical judgments based on data.
- solid technical knowledge is expected, mainly in auditing and accounting (IFRS).
