Responsibilities
? Support the GTB Strategy Business Development leadership team across all pillars – Market Competitor analytics, Organic Strategy Business Development and Inorganic Strategy Business Development, e.g.
– Prepare regular market and competitive/benchmarking analyses
– Participate in organic strategy business development projects, such as the monitoring and assessment of strategic initiatives, the coordination of regular business/regional reviews and regional expansion initiatives and the support of key strategic processes (e.g. major change mgmt. initiatives, strategic planning, resource allocation processes)
– Support the definition, execution and monitoring of GTB’s inorganic initiatives (acquisitions, divestitures, JVs), related investment governance processes and business integration projects
? Maintain strong links with broader GTB Strategy Business Development team (market competitor analytics, Inorganic Strategy Business Development and de-central teams)
? Regularly interact with GTB management, CIB Central, GTB COO/Bus. Mgmt. teams, GTB Central (CAO, ALM, Risk, etc.), DB Central Functions (GSP, CRM, Finance, etc.), Regional Management, external advisors
Requirements
? Approximately two to four years of relevant professional experience gained with a leading financial institution or consultancy
? Good understanding of the global financial industry environment
? Strong analytical, project management, communication and interpersonal skills
? Entrepreneurial spirit
? High level of motivation and energy; willingness to travel occasionally; ability to work under pressure; adherence to highest quality standards
? Strong academic credentials and international experience desirable/Fluency in English; German beneficial
