A global Hedge fund is keen to bring in an experienced Trading Development Manager AVP VP level.
In this job, you will be working with a variety of people in order to gain a better picture for the systems as a whole. You will be communicating with Business Analysts in defining Functional Requirements specifications, defining project definitions and plans with Project Managers, and working on High Level Design and Architecture based on the requirements.
You will be the technical lead of a team of 8 local developers and working in a global team of 20. As the main coding job will be done by the regional development team, you need to ensure the integration and delivery of the entire Front Office Equities Trading platform. Strong experience in different Order Management components like order matching, order routing, FIX connectivity are essential.
To be considered by the role, you need strong system analytics skills. At least 6 years Java/C++ development experience is a must. You are also required to have good understanding on different system across the front to back office in the banking and finance industry.
