Bankwest Opportunity - Head of Customer Delivery

Reporting to the Executive General Manager and CIO, Enterprise Services for Bankwest, this role will lead the transformation in the 'way we deliver' to our customers by maintaining a strong, mutually trusted relationship and partnership between ES and the Bankwest business divisions.
As a member of the Bankwest Enterprise Services (ES) Leadership Team, you will be responsible for identifying and successfully delivering the portfolio of IT and business change initiatives to enable the Bankwest strategy. You to be a pioneering, forward-thinking, innovative individual who has a strong track record in inspiring, leading and developing colleagues.

Specific accountabilities include:
- Driving the continuous improvement, productivity and agility of change processes and methodologies to increase the speed of delivery of customer solutions and eliminate waste in delivery;
- Identification of the right portfolio of investments to deliver the Bankwest strategy;
- Effective management and embedding of business change so that the necessary customer outcomes are delivered;
- Leadership and development of the project management and business change capability in Bankwest, increasing colleague engagement;
- Ensure appropriate project assurance controls are in place to minimise risk to delivery, costs and quality and manage operational risk.
You will possess a thorough and comprehensive understanding of scaled agile practices and be focused on delivery and transformation. Your experience will be deep and expansive in leading, managing and implementing major change initiatives.
Your background and experience will be diverse and far reaching - you will have an established understanding of business activities, plans, strategies and priorities on both long and short terms. You can demonstrate when you've successfully lead, managed and implemented major change initiatives - including cultural change.
