We're looking for a Pursuits Manager to join our team because we are interested in expanding our Pursuits team.
As part of our business development team, you'll build strategic relationships with executives from leading organisations. By understanding their business issues and imperatives, you'll broaden your experience. Collaborating with other teams, you'll help to identify and shape the solutions to client issues. Backed by the resources of a global organisation, you'll gain experiences and foster relationships that will support your long-term success.
About you
In your role as a Pursuits Manager you'll:
- Lead the development of proposals and contributing strategic analysis
- Validate pursuit strategies, tactics and value propositions with your team
- Facilitate proposal meetings and collaborate with the design team on proposal production
- Ensure pursuit initiatives are client centric, on brand and within budget
We're looking for people with the following experience:
- Previous experience within a similar business development or marketing environment with a focus on tender writing and coordination
- Highly developed project management capabilities
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to communicate creatively and effectively
- Strong organisational skills
