Bilingual Assistant and Deal Administrator (French/English)
Office assistant tasks:
- Answering phones, taking messages, and ordering office stationery supplies
- Typing, filing, copying, and scanning documentation
- Translating as needed
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
- General office errands such as post office runs for special deliveries/stamps
Deal administration tasks:
- Liaising with the firm’s servicers that deliver monthly reports, making sure the reports are delivered on time, and reviewing their accuracy
- Reconciling servicer reports with actual cash received for each deal
- Creating a daily report for cash received on each deal
- Helping to create and following-up on ad hoc reporting requests made by management
- Working with large amounts of data in Excel and a SQL-based database to produce reports
Working hours – 35 hours a week.

Our office is based in central Paris, and this position is available immediately. As this is a newly created position the initial term is for 6 months on a CDD contract (contrat de durée déterminée) with a view to a permanent position at the end of that period.
