Bilingual Italian and German Speaking Relationship Manager
Gekko is looking for a native/proficient Italian and German speaking relationship manager for immediate employment at its London office. Advanced knowledge of English language is essential. Relevant experience in the CFD industry is required, as well as a good knowledge of the financial markets and products.
A strong educational background is desired. Gekko is looking for an effective team player with strong work ethics.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Services and to the Head of Gekko Germany, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- actively contacting enquiries to convert into long term client relationships
- developing relationships through upselling and cross selling our German proposition
- servicing clients via phone and email
- execution of market trades and orders from clients over the phone
- frontline handling of trade queries
- compilation and distribution of reports for the business
- translation of website/marketing content from English to German
The successful candidate will work closely with all areas of the business, particularly the trading desk and customer services.
She/he will possess an exceptional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and the natural ability to work under pressure.
