Bilingual Project Coordinator, Operations

Employee Assistance Program

Toronto, ON

Contract

 

Under the Shepellfgi product brand, our industry-leading employee assistance program supports employees and eligible family members in assessing their work, life, and health issues, and is delivered in-person, telephonically, through e-counseling, video counseling, First Chat, and our myEAP mobile application.

 

Our Bilingual Project Coordinator, Operations will be based in our Shepell•fgi Toronto office, and reporting to the Director, Operations Strategic Initiatives Training. The Project Coordinator, Operations is responsible for attending to the administrative functions and requirements of projects that are managed within the Operations department. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

·         Being accountable to Project Leads and Project Managers within the Operations department for supporting the administration of project data

·         Maintaining and supporting project collateral (i.e. project plans, project status reports, issues log, monthly leadership meeting reporting documentation, and project repository of information)

·         Coordinating project requests and facilitates stakeholder feedback

·         Participating in project meetings, recording assignment of tasks updating information

·         Preparing and distributing project updates reports

·         Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes of meetings and project reports

·         Assuming other administrative responsibilities as required (i.e. printing, collating, preparing materials for meetings, presentations or shipping)

·         Monitoring and maintaining supplies and inventory for department and projects as required

·         Assuming junior project management responsibilities, working in tandem with a Project Manager to complete project planning, controlling, execution and evaluation

·         Maintaining project knowledge center database

 

Succeeding as a Project Coordinator, Operations will require the following core qualifications and skills:

 

·         Post secondary education and/or the equivalent course work in project management

·         1-2 years experience working in an administrative role and/or a project management team

·         Strong problem solving skills and you have the ability to take initiative and effectively liaise with peers and management

·         Strong communication skills and the ability to be analytical and think critically

·         Being highly organized, task oriented and results driven, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team

·         Strong time management skills enabling you to juggle multiple time-sensitive deadlines

·         English/French bilingual skills are required
