Billing Analyst with SAP
Job Description: Seeking a Billing Analyst with great analytical skills. Billing Analyst will assist with preparing and processing invoices in a fast-paced environment. This position requires previous experience with SAP data entry, as well generating reports from Excel spreadsheets. Overview of Responsibilities: - Analyze information in Excel spreadsheets and generate reports for Managers as needed. - Audit invoices for discrepancies and resolve issues. Must have great attention to detail to make sure invoices and purchase orders are accurate. - In a timely fashion, enter important information into SAP and update information regularly. - Assist with month-end closing procedures (budgets, journal entries). Qualifications: - Previous experience with processing invoices and performing audits. - Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word. - Previous experience with SAP. - Strong analytical skills. - Previous administrative experience supporting an Accounting Department a plus. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
