Biology Scientist - In Vivo 6 + month Contract Position Located in La Jolla, CA Description: Work as part of a project team to generate high-quality in vivo data in support of identifying lead compounds. Will summarize data and provide updates to supervisor and project teams. Will contribute to the development of new processes and assay methodologies that will improve the productivity and scientific impact of the working group. Technical Skills Duties Drug formulation Animal handling and Dosing Pathogen handling Small animal surgery and tissue collection Ex vivo assays Good communication, organizational, record keeping and computer literacy skills 1-3 years of Biomarkers experience required Team oriented with a flexible approach to goal delivery Excellent written and verbal communication skills
