Bookkeeper Job in White Plains 10940, New York Us

Our client a growing employer in Orange County is currently seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join its dynamic staff.

 

The ideal candidate for this fabulous opportunity must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience.  This position will entail A/P and A/R, including medical billing and collections.

You must have experience with budget preparation, monthly financial statements, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month end close duties, analysis reports, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other related duties.    This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
2+ years of hands on Bookkeeping/Accounting experience 
Medical Billing  and Collections experience a +
Must have strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) QuickBooks
Must have ability to excel in a deadline-oriented setting while managing multiple, complex projects.
