Their Corporate, Banking and Securities Divisions is responsible for capital market products and other securities together work corporate finance advisory business. This office in birmingham requires a Desk Assistant to provide a strong level of administration to support the platform during the time of change and growth within the business. 

The role requires a focused individual who is comfortable in a corporate environment, who will join a dynamic team supporting staff at various levels across multiple products and on a highly pressurised environment. The ideal candidate will have relevant administrative experience and have worked within Banking or Financial services.

Role Includes:
- Booking travel
- Expense processing
- Overseeing the entire onboarding process for all new joiners
- Engaging with IT, CRES and other internal infrastructure groups
- market Data Systems requests
- Processing invoicing
- Office infrastructure and planning
- General office administration
- Interview and meeting coordination
- Diary management for regional head office
- Diary management for the head office
- Adhoc admin support

Person Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Effective organisational skills
- The ability to multi task is key
- Highly motivated
- ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment 
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (including PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good at building internal relationships with key stakeholders
