Business Manager, Syndications

Major global bank seeks a high calibre individual with strong people management and organisational skills, together with accounting and MI reporting experience and a good general banking knowledge, including exposure to Loans Syndications and Corporate Finance

 

Key responsibilities will focus on providing administrative support to the syndications  business and will include managing business screening processes, preparing presentations and papers for business meetings, minuting meetings and overseeing the quarterly collation of information for league table submissions.    The role will also involve the management of the MI Income Forecasting process for the front office and origination and asset management units.  This will include monitoring of fees and income, the preparation of monthly MI Packs and undertaking the SOX process and testing for front office origination.

 

It is essential that applicants offer proven office management experience in a banking/financial services environment.   Previous experience of the Secretariat function and working with a large, international team will also be an advantage.  This is a highly visible role requiring applicants to demonstrate a strong work ethic and flexible approach, along with the ability to operate at a strategic level .
