Job Description: A local Manufacturing company is seeking an EXPERIENCED buyer within the manufacturing/engineering industry to join their successful and stable company. Please carefully read and understand the qualifications before applying to this position. Duties consist of but are not limited to: * Accomplish various purchasing assignments that are fairly complicated in nature. * Compare pricing with multiple vendors and negotiate the best cost savings in conjunction with the best quality of product. * Catalog parts based on type of product. * Ensure that materials, equipment, and supplies are ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Qualifications Include: * Minimum 5 years Manufacturing Purchasing and IMPORT experience * Some supervisory experience is helpful. * Must be analytical and detail-oriented.
