A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our well-established Client based in the Hampshire area for an experienced Inbound Call Centre Manager to head up their Reservations Department.

Within this varied and challenging role you will ensure that all KPI targets are achieved, improving customer quality by monitoring call quality, customer service and system processes in a sales driven environment.

Ensuring that good customer service is maintained by reviewing and improving call quality and accuracy of data capture. Managing performance by encouraging the team to identify additional sales opportunities and then provide accurate and timely information to a team of Business Development and Area Managers.

To be successful in the role you must have strong performance management skills and have the ability to identify and implement new systems and processes to ensure efficiency.

You will have good negotiation, sales and numeracy skills along with good technical knowledge of call centre telephone systems and processes and understand how to ensure efficient systems are adopted by the team with a proven record of leading, motivating, developing and coaching.
