Cash equity sales trading
The successful sales-trader candidate will possess significant relationships with buy side clientele. This position requires an individual that is highly motivated by compensation tied directly to production, and demonstrates leadership qualities with a willingness to contribute to the firm’s development and evolution. The executive must be able to display the ability to sell ideas and win trade execution opportunities. Requirements
Candidates are required to have a minimum of 5 years experience covering institutional clients, with documented production figures. Proficiency in electronic trading and knowledge of algorithmic trading.
The selected individuals will have robust, existing buy-side relationships which will transfer and produce revenue; will solidify and nurture relationships with existing house accounts and aggressively prospect for new trading clients.
This search is specifically targeting the seasoned Equity Sales Trader with 5-10 years + of experience and who has clearly demonstrated an ability to produce revenue while maintaining excellent client relationships over time.
