Cash Product Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Business Head, you will assist to implement strategies to promote cash products and services.  These will include the development of marketing collateral and proposals and promotion brochures for launch of new products and services.

You will also analyze business trends and develop strategic marketing plans to drive business outcomes as well as perform competitive analysis to obtain better knowledge of competitor’s product offerings.

You will also be responsible for customer acquisition and retention including

new customers acquisitions for cash products and services including fixed deposits, foreign currency fixed deposits and CVY accounts.  You will schedule marketing calls / visits to potential customers to promote fee based products including FX and remittance.

You will handle and respond to customers’ enquiries on products and services offered by the Bank.

Qualification and Experience:

Candidates shall possess a recognised university degree and should preferably have no less than 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in cash products and cash management sales.  Strong marketing and communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential attributes the candidate must also possess.  A good understanding of the cash products including escrow account, current account, CVY account will be a definite asset together with proven track record in client acquisition.
