An exciting Procurement opportunity has arisen with a growing Financial Services organisation. It offers a chance to get involved in all aspects of procurement and gain exposure to large and varied deals - you would look after everything from hardware/software/managed services and outsourcing.
About the Role
Reporting into the head of procurement, as part of a team of about 15, you will have end-to end responsibility for all aspects of procurement, you will operate largely in the IT space but will be flexible to support other areas. You will engage with senior internal and external stakeholders getting best value for the organisation.
About You
You will already have lots of experience in the Procurement field - you must have experience of handling large projects (£multi million)
You will ideally have previous experience gained in a fast paced Financial Services environment, although if you have worked in another sector but specialised in IT then we would be interested in speaking to you.
You will be able to work autonomously and get things done - IT will be your area of responsibility and you will get a chance to really expand your skills
You will be able to drive end-to-end IT Procurement engagements - building effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to get things done to a high standard
