CEE Credit Trader (Austria, Vienna) recruitment
A leading investment bank is looking to expand its Capital Markets team with the appointment of a Credit Trader. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Capital Markets. The candidate will ideally have a quantitative background with knowledge of the bonds and CDS market mechanics, broad knowledge of underlying credit as well as experience in other related asset classes (Rates, FX). This is the chance to join an exciting bank with a rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Prop trading CDS and EM/EU Bonds/ Eurobonds.
- Daily trading and risk management of bonds/CDS prop books across SG entities.
- Optimization of existing workflow.
- Generating trade ideas and identifying relative value opportunities
Skills / Attributes required:
- Minimum 1 year Credit trading experience in this space
- Russian/German speaking (preferable)
- Experienced using standard pricing tools: Bloomberg etc
- Currently located or willing to relocate to Austria.
