Change Manager (AVP – VP) recruitment
You would be tasked to enforce change and conduct readiness assessments within the projects. Developing targeted change management plans including a communication plan, resistance management, and sponsor roadmap.
This role will create visibility within an international market. You will have to have a solid understanding of business change techniques - methodologies, techniques and complex modelling. Must have experience in a change management function in a global bank.
Must haves:
- Good understanding of Business Change Methodologies and the Project Life Cycle, tools and approaches
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a large scale organisational change initiative
- Ability to identify gaps and risks.
- Financial services knowledge
- Project Management certification
A Plus to have:
- Available immediately
- Wealth management experience
- Regulatory requirements knowledge
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work and deliver under pressure
