Client Service Delivery manages investment monitoring, measurement and processing services for our clients. Our solutions include Securities Operations, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Outsourcing, Performance Measurement and other related services.
Description
The incumbent will resolve workflow problems and conduct complex reconcilement. The qualified candidate may research, resolve, and initiate accounting entries to resolve check-processing differences. The incumbent will perform customer service and may be responsible for collecting funds owed to Bank of New York Mellon by other financial institutions or Bank of New York Mellon customers.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will have a through knowledge of the equipment used in the business area. The qualified candidate having expertise in check processing and cash management operations is preferred. The incumbent must have strong problem solving skills and be able to solve problems independently using logical reasoning. Must have the ability to work independently in a time sensitive production environment. A high school education is required and an Associate's degree is preferred.
