About Us
CommInsure is a business within CBA's wealth management division offering a range of life insurance, superannuation, retirement income, investment and general insurance products. It is structured into Five separate lines of businesses - Direct Life, Retail advice, Super and Investments, Wholesale and General Insurance.
Direct Life is a division within CommInsure which is responsible for sales of all life and related insurance direct to customers through a number of channels including tele-marketing, online and the CBA Retail Network.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for supporting the management of our product range including oversight of all profitability drivers, product enhancements, new product development and future longer term strategy.
You will work closely with our marketing, pricing, distribution and risk functions to ensure the product is competitively positioned to support sales targets, meets any regulatory requirements and has suitable risk controls.
You will have
- Extensive product management experience gained in Consumer Credit Insurance and direct to consumer life insurance products.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects and managing market leading products with an appetite to innovate and drive change
- A passion for Life Insurance and CCI along with an understanding of the legislative framework that applies to the industry
- A mature insight into the various distribution channels used in promoting life insurance products.
- Desire to achieve business outcomes through motivating a team of people without direct line of authority.
- Structured and disciplined project management skills
