Team:The newly created Client Service Delivery team is responsible for enhancing credit transaction execution for GCB clients to ensure both timely client focused service and strong focus on risk/controls. The team works with business partners across Credit, Legal and line of business operations to deliver a client focused support model. The CSD team partners closely with Corporate Bankers and the Corporate Banking management team.
Role Description:Manage the documentation execution process on transactions for the GCB product in EMEADelivery of best-in-class credit documentation including managing the execution of credit facility documentation, deal closing process, ownership of sourcing and reviewing client constitutional documents, conditions precedent / subsequent.Preparation and coordination of deviations (including approvals) during documentation negotiations.
Working closely with Legal and Credit teams.Populating standard agreements and performing gap analysis / prep work on non standard docs for legalManage controls framework, reporting and escalation for transaction executionWorking across functional areas to ensure all operational, financial and technology risks have been addressedCollaborating with business' and support functions to drive best practices both internally and in the external markets

Qualifications
Skills Experience:The successful candidate will have the following experience and skill set:Credit transaction execution experienceStrong credit product and documentation knowledge across core lending products/agreements e.g. Loans, Trade, ISDA, specific local market knowledge, where requiredRobust relationship management and partnership skills required for interaction with the Business, Risk, Legal
and Corporate groupsSound understanding of banking processes and productsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to present precise and concise analysis to senior executives
History of working successfully in a team environment. Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing prioritiesGood decision making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and drive to resolution.Proactive/self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners and clients in a dependable, timely and accurate mannerDemonstrates flexibility and willingness to accept new assignments and challenges in a rapidly changing environmentCross regional language skills would be a distinct advantageStrong control mindset and focuses on continual improvementAbout J.P.
