The team provides administration services to more than 100 clients with $200 BN AUA.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall management and oversight of PERES Portfolio Administration operations n New York
including planning, strategy, structure, budget and resource allocationManage and direct overall team activities and monitors progressMonitor and enhance the control processes surrounding Portfolio Administration functionsDevelop and implement operational plans, actions and programs in support of long-term business objectives and within budget; specifically functionalization and offshoring effortsPartner with Product, Technology, Risk, Finance HR etc to ensure alignment to broader organization goals and that these are embraced across PERES Portfolio Administration Ops teamLeverage technology to improve process efficiency and enhance productivityRecruiting and retaining top talentFacilitate client delivery relationships

Qualifications
College degree10 years management experience in financial services operations, managing large teams through line managersExperience driving global scale process improvement and redesign projects while maintaining BAU operations deliveryExcellent communication skills, including comfort presenting to senior executivesStrong analytic skills and comfort with manipulating dataStrength managing through metricsComfort with ambiguity and changeFamiliarity with global market settlements and expertise in some marketsProven record of delivering a change agenda
