Track record of mentoring junior drafters and designers. You would have worked on Brown and Greenfield projects in the past, where you can show overcoming a number of varied design challenges.
Residential, Commercial and Industrial Subdivisions from 2-3000 lots as well as large road drainage projects including arterial roads and highway upgrades.
Family orientated atmosphere, office less than 4 years old. Ability for the consultancy to grow due to ongoing long term contracts already secured and the industry thriving at the moment.
