Pro Connections, LLC – Nationwide waste and recycling industry recruiting company is conducting a search for the following position:
Regional distributor of refuse trucks and equipment is looking for an experienced Equipment Sales Rep. The territory will cover Kansas City as well as the surrounding counties in both Missouri and Kansas. The position entails selling new and used refuse industry products (ie: trash trucks, trash compactors, containers and street sweepers). The successful candidate should have excellent presentation skills including product demonstrations. We’re seeking someone that can also make minor repairs service and doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty! Some overnight travel will be required – approximately 35% of the work week.
Previous sales experience selling heavy duty trucks or equipment is REQUIRED. Knowledge of truck chassis a plus! Possessing a commercial driver’s license is preferred. Strong computer skills are required.
We’re looking for someone who can work independently and make decisions when called upon.
Compensation:
$40k/year base salary + commission on sales. Uncapped commissions.
Company vehicle will be provided.
