Description
The incumbent will provide ongoing quality servicing and product implementation to large corporate customers while working in a team environment. S/He will have the ability to multi-task over the customer base, providing service and expertise to clients for new and existing Treasury Services Cash Management products. Daily responsibilities will include the set-up and maintenance of those products, cross-sale promotion, and daily external and internal customer interaction. S/He will have strong organizational and inter-personal skills while demonstrating both good written and oral communication abilities and professional conduct.
Qualifications
The qualified candidate will minimally be a high school graduate and have 3-5 years of banking experience. S/he will have a good understanding of Treasury Services products, be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills, and have a familiarity with bank legacy systems and banking operations. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Multi-lingual language preferred.
