About the Opportunity:
- CNH Capital is looking for intelligent, highly motivated individuals to develop quickly into our future leaders.
- Internship opportunity available for a college student preferably nearing their final semester or final year of academic studies. This opportunity could possibly lead to selection into our RDP program upon graduation. An internship assignment is possible in Commercial Lending, Sales Support, Retail Operations or Finance/Accounting.
- Learn about financial services for two major industries: agricultural and construction equipment.
- The Internship could lead to a future position within the CNH Capital Rotational Development Program (RDP) which provides professional growth through a progression of roles within a 3 year period.
- Positions primarily located in Racine, WI (between Milwaukee, WI Chicago, IL).
- The RDP has two tracks – Sales Marketing or Financial Operations Services. The sales track incorporates sales, retail credit and collections/customer service, marketing and financial sales analytical roles. Financial Services Operations track begins with Field Audit or Wholesale Support Analysis then progressing into Credit Underwriting, or Operations (Retail or Wholesale). Both programs culminate in a Quality role which incorporates Six Sigma Greenbelt training and the potential for an international project or world class financial services project.
Requirements
- College student enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program preferably entering their final semester or final year of academic study.
- GPA 3.0 or higher
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong PC skills including the Microsoft Office Suite, experience with database warehouse systems a plus!
- Demonstrates a high level of energy, enthusiasm and passion!
- Demonstrated experience and participation in extracurricular and or community service projects highly desired with relevancy to academic major, development opportunities or special interests.
- Strong desire to learn the financial services industry!
