An opportunity has arisen for an individual who has a track record in property finance to join a very successful team as a credit analyst; this team is active in financing large scale property transactions in residential and commercial markets.
To be considered as a strong applicant you should be able to offer the following.
- Tertiary education – preferred areas of study would be commerce, accounting, and finance.
- In excess of five years experience gained in a high level financial analysis environment, considerable exposure to the construction of financial models for property transactions, writing of credit submissions.
- Ideally some exposure to large scale property development, desirable knowledge would include knowledge of development costs, quality of construction, and mitigation of construction risk.
