Credit Analyst (Senior) recruitment
My client is a global General Insurance business who are looking to source a senior Credit Analyst for a high profile role, extremely visible across the business.
You will analyse credit risk of insuring cross border debt financing by risk grade and segment and by developing forecast scenario assumptions and monitoring performance. You will advise on risk selection, risk structuring and risk pricing, and advise on default transactions.
This is an all round role with a very broad remit to use methods both quantitative and qualitative to analyse and review credit risk opportunities. There is economic analysis involved of the wider market to monitor potential impacts on the portfolio and this role is extremely outward looking, regular liaison with underwriters and with clients, both corporates and FI's.
The ideal candidate will come from a banking or an insurance background and have a strong analytical credit background as well as outstanding technical skills, and the ability to look at the wider picture to run the portfolio of risk effectively.
