Credit Control Manager

Credit Manager - £20000 - £25000 per annum.

Are you a credit professional with experience in a fast moving commercial organisation? We would welcome the opportunity of speaking to people who would like the new challenge of maintaining and managing all aspects of the credit control and sales ledger.

You role will be to monitor all customer accounts, ensuring payment within agreed credit terms, you will take a proactive customer care approach while pursuing timely payments, liaising with appropriate colleagues, external professionals and/or customers to resolve any payment issues, leading and attending regular internal debt review meetings, periodically reviewing credit limits and managing and motivating a team of 3 people. There will also be some HR administration to be undertaken.

As an experience Credit Professional you will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within a senior credit control or credit management role within FMCG, the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management across the business, an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and be a confident, assertive and self-motivated individual. You will be able to demonstrate a proficiency in the use of Microsoft office packages and a minimum of 5 GCSE’s Grades A-C or equivalent including English and Mathematics. You will ideally hold an ICM qualification with experience within the Food Beverage Industry dealing with large Multiple Retailers. You will have a full and clean driving licence and you ideally will have dealt with some HR administration duties.
