CRM Technical Architect Job in Zürich, Zürich Switzerland
The Enabling Program Unite is responsible for the steering and delivery of solutions to business applications within various business domains.
It has the end-to-end responsibility for the steering, landscape definition and solution delivery as well as the support process for these business domains and focuses on the achievement of long term business objectives.
As a SAP CRM Architect you will provide overall technical leadership while collaborating with a variety of global Swiss Re teams also leveraging vendor partnerships. Based on our existing CRM solution, activities will cover solution development lifecycle phases, from architecture, analysis, design, development, quality assurance to production induction and support.
Candidates must have broad CRM implementation experience and a proven track record of working with SAP CRM 7.0. Knowledge in terms of overall architecture, processes, functionality and technical
components - Knowledge of the related CRM business processes, including detailed knowledge of Account Management, Activity Management, Marketing and Opportunity Management modules. Web UI experience is mandatory. SAP R3, SAP PI and MDM knowledge and experience is desirable.
Key skills include the ability to bring ideas from concept to reality and being able to communicate effectively to all stakeholders involved in this transformation.
The key responsibilities would be:
- To act as the technical architect for the CRM offshore development team, assisting them in choosing the most appropriate technical solution for their applications
- Translate business requirements into system design and patterns, which enables quality, re-usability, scalability, availability, maintainability of our solutions in line with the Business Strategy and IT standards
