CSR Manager (Credit Risk) recruitment
Reporting to the Head of CSR and Anti Money Laundering for Asia Pacific, Europe and Africa, the role will be based in Dubai and will lead the region in assessing and mitigating settlement risk issues. Providing strategic direction and leadership for the region, the CSR Manager will be responsible for conducting risk assessments in new and existing clients and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies. He or she will work alongside the sales and products teams to facilitate volume and revenue growth without exposing the Company to undue risks. Working along with the anti money laundering and legal departments, he or she will ensure compliance with regulatory sanctions. The CSR Manager will provide input into the global policies and ensure that agreed policies are implemented within region
To be suitable for this role, you must have:
Ø University Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Economics
Ø Bank credit analysis skills, including a sound understanding of political and macroeconomic issues
Ø Significant work experience in a blue chip retail or service sector organisation; financial services experience would be advantageous.
Ø Strong PC skills and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Ø Ability to interact with all levels of management within the organisation, banks and regulators
Ø Must have worked in an international environment, familiarity with culture and values is of paramount importance, a working knowledge of the territory would be advantageous
